KVKK POLICY
Definitions
KVKK: Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Personal Data: Any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as identity, address, phone number, email, identity number, driving license number, passport number, etc.
Protection of Personal Data: The protection of any information that can identify or make identifiable a natural person.
As SIMYFIT, we prioritize the security of your personal data and process it in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). With this document, we aim to inform you about the purpose of processing your personal data, legal grounds, methods of collection, who it may be shared with, and your rights.

As the data controller, SIMYFIT, the personal data we collect from you will fall under categories such as identity information, contact information, transaction security data, and other data that may be included in your messages.

Moreover, this data is collected to fulfill legal obligations and to improve the internal operations of the company.
Application Procedures and Principles
You can share your requests regarding your rights, as outlined in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, with us through the communication channels mentioned at the end of the contract:
Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Rights of the Data Subject
Under Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request corrections, deletion, or destruction of your data, and object to the processing activities if they have an adverse impact. You also have the right to inquire about the third parties to whom your data has been transferred.
Our company will respond to the following requests:
- Learning about the personal data processed
- Requesting correction of the data
- Requesting deletion or destruction of the data
- Objecting to the automatic processing of data leading to unfavorable consequences
- Receiving a copy of your personal data
